Return & Refund Policy

• Custom Orders: All custom items — including Bibles and ceramics — are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

• Non-Custom Items: Journals and all other non-custom products may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email hislivingword2024@gmail.com with your order number.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping Information

Custom Bibles:
Each custom Bible is handcrafted with care. Orders are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of purchase.​

Ceramics & Journals:
Processing and shipping times may vary by product. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
